In this role, we support individuals with everything in their daily lives, such as personal hygiene, activities, household chores, all based on the individual's needs. Working hours vary between day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend. We give you the opportunity to choose the level of employment you wish to work. In this position, you will also work some shifts at another workplace within the unit, meaning it is a combined position. This may involve working at multiple locations. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant education to work with individuals with disabilities. Previous work experience in the field is desired. The position requires good self-awareness and confidence. We place great emphasis on strong collaboration skills and empathy. It is also important that you can work independently and are flexible in your approach. We want you to have a genuine interest in people and the ability to see solutions and opportunities. The position requires basic IT skills and the ability to work with the systems we use for documentation and more. Since we work with social documentation, it is important that you can express yourself both in writing and verbally in Swedish. A driver's license is an asset but not a requirement.
