Your work will include mapping skills and support areas to find the right adaptations based on the residents' needs.
In this role, you will accompany residents in their daily lives and provide support in all aspects of managing a home, including cooking, personal care, shopping, and relationships with relatives. No two days are the same; the tasks are varied, and the residents have a strong interest in movement and activity, so you will be supporting many leisure activities.
You will work according to a schedule with varying hours, including days, evenings, and every other weekend.
