JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome to Löpargatan Support Housing, a facility for adults under the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments)!
We are now seeking a dedicated support assistant who wants to make a real difference for individuals under LSS. Our primary task is to provide personalized support to help our service users live as independently, meaningfully, and safely as possible based on their own conditions. You will do this together with a competent and professional work team that collaborates closely, both within the team and with other professionals. Together, we create a meaningful and developmental daily life for each individual.
We work based on IBIC (Individual Needs in Focus), which means that each person's wishes, strengths, and needs form the basis of our work. You will be involved in designing and following up implementation plans and working with social documentation. It is important that you feel comfortable meeting people and are prepared to take responsibility for providing support in a dignified, individually tailored, and respectful manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a certificate from Care and Care College or equivalent education. Experience working with IBIC is merit-worthy.
