We are currently seeking a Support Assistant at Åsahagsvägen 10 in Viskafors. Åsahagsvägen 10 is a group living facility for individuals with autism. This is a temporary position for up to 1 year. We offer training and several benefits.

Your Assignment
As a Support Assistant, you will work from the individual needs and wishes of the residents, providing support in daily life with a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you will work to make each day meaningful and fulfilling. You will support and guide residents with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans.
About Åsahagsvägen 10
The facility is a group living space under LSS with a focus on autism. You will join a work group with extensive experience with the target group, committed to quality and excellent collaboration. A support pedagogue will provide additional support. The facility is located in a newly built property, close to public transportation and in a natural setting.
• Group Leader/Support Pedagogue: You will have a manager/support pedagogue nearby who partially works in the facility. This can also be a career opportunity for you.
• We have an activity house that we use extensively.
Your Experience and Knowledge
We believe you are someone who:
• Has a positive basic approach and strong commitment to people
• Is responsible and personally mature
• Enjoys working in a team and supporting your colleagues
You should have at least a high school education in healthcare and social care or an equivalent qualification. Experience working with this target group is meritorious. Good computer skills and documentation experience are required. Excellent Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing are mandatory, but your CV is not the most important factor. If you have the right qualities, we will support and help you grow.
