We are excited that you are interested in joining our team! We are seeking a new colleague for Per Hindersa group home who, together with a fantastic group of colleagues, wants to make a difference in people's daily lives.
The residence is located in the Björkskatan residential area. It features 8 apartments and spacious common areas. Walking areas are nearby, along with a bus stop and Björkskatan center.
As an employee at Per Hindersa group home, you will work with elderly users who have intellectual and/or physical disabilities. Using a pedagogical approach and low-affective interaction, you will guide and motivate them in their daily lives.
Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date is by agreement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will focus on the positive aspects of the individual and their environment, providing pedagogical support in daily life. You will practically guide and help create opportunities for them to live an active life based on their own conditions.
Together with users, you will conduct daily life activities such as cleaning, laundry, physical activities, and care. You will also accompany them to leisure activities based on their preferences. Implementation plans are used as an active working method and are developed and continuously evaluated according to user needs and wishes.
You should be able to work independently and understand the importance of documentation, follow-up, and evaluation to achieve organizational goals. The work includes contact and collaboration with representatives, daily activities, and others. You will function as a support person, help design clear structures, participate in supervision, workplace/team meetings, and network meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone with a positive attitude and genuine interest in working with persons with disabilities.
Required qualifications:
• Education as a nursing assistant and/or support assistant
• Several years of experience in healthcare, social care, or support services (LSS)
• Good digital competence
• Experience documenting in Combine or similar documentation systems
• Ability to communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
It is desirable to have previous medication and insulin delegation.
You are someone who listens to users, relatives, and colleagues. You are unpretentious, happy to share your experience, and enjoy supporting and collaborating to find the best way forward together.
You are comfortable with structure and clarity in work. Following routines, maintaining order, and taking responsibility for documentation and administrative tasks are things you are confident and meticulous about.
When situations change, you can easily adapt and find practical solutions. You are comfortable prioritizing and ensure that decisions always stem from users' needs and the responsibility of the assignment.
