Leva LSS is now seeking dedicated support assistants for our newly renovated residence in Täby, Näsbypark centre. Six individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism (target group 1 according to LSS) will be living here. The housing is centrally located, just 200 meters from Näsbypark centre with excellent transportation connections.
With us, you'll become part of a newly established organization with a clear value foundation. We work with autonomy-supporting pedagogy, low-arousal approaches, and the PERMA model as our basis – and offer internal training in these methods.
Our vision is to create a home where each individual experiences participation, influence, and self-determination, while a health-promoting lifestyle and physical activity are natural parts of daily life.
As part of our innovation initiative, we will implement digital tools such as Boet and AI-based scheduling, to support both residents and staff in daily life.
