Do you want to be part of building something new? We are looking for support assistants for our residential facility providing special services for individuals with acquired brain injuries.

The Role of Support Assistant with Us
You will work in a team with high competence and great commitment. Your mission is to provide support in daily life, promote independence, and contribute to a meaningful existence for our residents. The work involves care, social support, and collaboration with other professional groups. Your Profile
You have an empathetic approach and good collaboration skills. You are confident, responsible, and flexible, with the ability to understand others' life situations. You are passionate about creating quality of life for those we serve – by enabling functioning daily routines, creating security, encouraging social activities, promoting independence, and contributing to a sense of belonging and meaningfulness. You see good communication as an obvious and important part of the work – both in interactions with those we serve and in collaboration with colleagues. Additionally, you have an eye for everyday opportunities and actively seek occasions for spontaneous activities, such as a walk or a conversation, that create value and joy in the moment.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability and team composition to create a workgroup that complements each other and fosters safety, openness, and development.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent education
- Has experience in neuropsychiatry or rehabilitation
- Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have:
- Relevant experience in care and support
- Knowledge of assistive devices such as lifts, wheelchairs, and tube feeding

Within the Department of Individual & Family Services, all employees in Residential Services and Home Support are employed full-time but have the option to reduce their working hours based on the needs of the organization.
