- We are looking for a support assistant for a temporary position!
We are now seeking a support assistant for Daily Activities at Datavägen 29, Nav 2 in the Southwest region.
Datavägen Nav 2 focuses on autism with moderate to mild intellectual disabilities. You must be professional in your practice and able to engage with individuals with varying levels of ability within support services. This includes everything from full personal care to providing quiet support during various activities. You will follow implementation plans, work plans, action plans, and schedules for the participants. Daily documentation is required in the form of daily notes in Treserva, as well as medical documentation in the form of signing lists. You will collaborate with external stakeholders such as nurses, guardians, and other important individuals involved with the participant.
Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.

**About You**
We are looking for someone who has a degree from the Health and Care program, support assistant training, or the Child and Leisure program with a focus on social or educational work. The educational requirement is also met if you have a post-secondary specialization in the field of disabilities comprising at least 200 vocational training points, 120 higher education credits, or a combination thereof equivalent to at least four semesters of full-time studies. Alternatively, 60 higher education credits and at least two years of experience working with support and services for individuals with disabilities. The education should include relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, social work, and (psychiatric) care, or other training deemed equivalent by the employer.
To be able to document, you need to have proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, which requires passing grades in Swedish 1, Swedish as a Second Language 1, or equivalent. Those who do not meet the qualification requirements in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1 may be offered a language test through the testing provider Educateit.
You need to have work experience with autism, low-arousal approaches, and challenging behavior.
Experience and knowledge in the following methods: alternative communication, social stories, sign language support, and clear pedagogical strategies are considered advantageous.
