About this role
About the Job
Are you a support assistant with commitment and care for our tenants? Then we're looking for you to join our team!
Mossfyndsgatan 15 is a group housing facility with five tenants.
We work closely together and help each other to best care for the tenants and ensure they receive the help they need in their daily lives. The tenants at Mossfyndsgatan 15 have multiple functional disabilities, developmental disorders, developmental cognitive impairments, and diagnoses within the autism spectrum.
As a support assistant with us, you need to be able to work well with others and independently with tasks. We work based on the tenant's implementation plan, where participation and self-determination are important. Work with tenants includes performing healthcare interventions on delegation, supporting with personal care, mobility, cooking, laundry, and cleaning. We work with home healthcare nurses who manage medication, which means you as staff will be trained and delegated to distribute medication and provide nutrition via PEG.
You will work on a schedule with working hours during day and evening shifts. Since we collaborate with other units, you must be prepared to potentially work at different locations. We plan schedule times in TimeCare.
For your information: The residence is currently located in temporary premises in Länsmansgården, with good communications via bus and tram. At the end of 2026, we plan to move back to our regular facilities near Torslanda Square.
If this sounds like a position for you, don't hesitate to apply!
