Committed Support Assistant Sought for Group Home in Västra Frölunda

We are now seeking support assistants for our LSS housing in Västra Frölunda, a residence for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.
With us, you'll help create a safe, structured, and developmental work team where each day makes a real difference.
About the Role
As a support assistant, you are a vital part of our residents' daily lives. You provide individually tailored support in everything from daily tasks and leisure activities to personal care.
The work is based on each person's implementation plan, with the goal of strengthening independence, participation, and quality of life.
You work closely with colleagues where commitment, collaboration, and respect for the individual are central values. The role also includes documentation, follow-up, and method development.

Working Hours and Scope
The position involves scheduled work during day, evening, on-call, and every other weekend.
We offer full-time (37 hours/week), but part-time is possible upon request.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Has an education as a support assistant, nursing assistant, childcare worker, or equivalent in care, social services, or pedagogy
- Has several years of experience working within LSS, preferably with individuals with autism and challenging behaviors
- Is independent, patient, and responsible
- Has a positive approach and contributes to good teamwork
Meriting Factors
- Experience working with autism, challenging behaviors, and low arousal approach
- Familiarity with documentation and journaling
- Experience with PEG, AAC, and clarifying pedagogy
- B driver's license

Additional Information
