The Department of Technical and Community Services carries out essential community work every day, such as managing, maintaining, and developing streets, parks, properties, and sports facilities, as well as cleaning, cooking, collecting waste, delivering water, and treating sewage. We also ensure that Motala municipality grows sustainably with a holistic perspective and provide the conditions to do things correctly in a simple and legally secure manner. The Operations area is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all municipal assets, meaning that all maintenance actions are planned according to existing needs and the allocated budget. The area is also responsible for emergency interventions as needed to ensure that the facilities function on a daily basis. This responsibility also includes cleaning all municipal premises. Our unit cleans most locations where municipal activities are conducted, from preschools to parts of our special housing, but primarily administrative buildings. We perform daily cleaning, periodic cleaning, deep cleaning, and floor care. Our unit mainly has its sites in central Motala. JOB DESCRIPTION Daily cleaning at various cleaning assignments within the Cleaning Operations. Maintenance cleaning with a combined scrubber, floor care, and deep cleaning. QUALIFICATIONS • We prefer that you have experience in the cleaning profession. • Good knowledge of the Swedish language. • You organize and plan your work well, working according to a clear process where you complete what you have started. You set time frames and meet deadlines. • You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions.
