Do you want to work broadly, develop collaboration around children and young people in Katrineholm, and grow as a social worker? As our current SSPF coordinator moves on to another role within the unit, we are looking for an outgoing, social, and self-motivated social worker. SSPF stands for School, Social Services, Police, and Leisure and is a collaborative model aimed at early and preventive work to prevent norm-breaking behavior and future crime. We are here for all children aged 0-18 in Katrineholm Municipality who have shown rapid and concerning changes. As the SSPF coordinator, you will act as a linchpin, coordinating the work within the SSPF collaboration. The SSPF collaboration model is under development, and we are currently introducing SSPF coordinators who are responsible for individual cases, while the SSPF coordinator has responsibility for group and area activities and overall coordination.

JOB DESCRIPTION
In your role as the SSPF coordinator, you will lead the work between the professionals involved in SSPF and have overall responsibility to ensure that the measures decided upon, together with the child, the young person, and the family, are implemented and followed up. The work also involves conducting assessments, follow-ups, and evaluations. You will coordinate and be responsible for the municipality-wide working group and serve as the link to and from the SSPF steering group. The role also includes leading collaborative processes at the group and area level. You enjoy making contacts and driving the development of the collaboration model forward. Working hours are mainly during the day, but some evening work may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a social work degree and good knowledge of relevant legislation such as SoL and LVU. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are therefore accustomed to documenting in a clear and correct manner. You must have a valid driver's license for a manual transmission, as the position requires you to travel by car. To succeed in this role, you need prior experience in public authority work within child and youth social care (IFO). The position requires experience and good knowledge of collaboration within the municipality and with other authorities. It is advantageous if you have strong knowledge and experience of working with Signs of Safety.
Furthermore, you must be confident, stable, and have good self-awareness. The role requires you to work independently and make decisions. You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances when conditions shift. The role necessitates good organizational skills and the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively.
