We are therefore seeking our next Salesperson, preferably with ambitions to develop into our new Sales Manager in the long term, contingent upon strong performance. Smart Senior is looking for an ambitious sales colleague who wishes to grow with us as an employer. Together with the CEO, the task is to drive growth. We are looking for a competitive individual who can build strong relationships and understands that high engagement and activities generate more business. We sell through knowledge and trust, and our business relationships are long-term. Smart Senior has embarked on a growth journey with high ambitions, and you will be a key person in achieving our goals. In your first year, we aim to double our revenue, both through your sales successes and opportunities within our unique technical platform. Your Responsibilities - You will use Upsales to track your daily work. - Daily prospecting and follow-up on potential deals. - Order registration. To succeed at Smart Senior, you must be a star at selling while also understanding that success requires teamwork. Relationships You are social and enjoy long-term relationships. With strong consultative skills, you help customers understand the benefits of visibility with Smart Senior. From the start, you will be responsible for a couple of our most important clients, relationships to nurture and develop. A significant part of the work will involve targeting new potential clients. You possess strong communication skills and can express yourself easily in both speech and writing. You will be in contact with individuals in leadership positions such as CEOs, Sales Directors, and Marketing Managers. Qualifications - You have experience in proactive B2B sales, preferably through digital channels, and feel it is time for the next step in your career. Alternatively, you may be tired of being just another number in a larger company where your skills are not utilized. At Smart Senior, you will be an important person with the opportunity to influence both your career and salary. - Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, along with good knowledge of English. - Relevant education in sales and/or marketing. - Previous experience in selling digital services, tech, SaaS, or licensing sales is a plus.
