ValueOne is seeking skilled and experienced Supply Quality Engineers (SQE) and Supply Quality Managers (SQM) with a background in manufacturing industries on behalf of our clients nationwide. We are interested in candidates who have worked several years in quality and supplier issues and who want to take their experience and knowledge to the next level in a consulting role. Since we have assignments across the country, remote work opportunities are also available.
ValueOne specializes in Supply Chain Management - procurement and logistics. We offer our clients services within three business areas: staffing and recruitment support in our specialist field, as well as business development of companies' Supply Chain functions regarding strategy, model, method, process, organization, and competence.

We currently have numerous SQE/SQM assignments to fill from north to south and are seeking candidates with an education in supply chain, engineering, procurement, or similar, and at least five years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, and supplier review. You should be experienced in leading quality audits and have good knowledge of quality methods such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and ISO. Remote work is possible for certain assignments.
Among your additional merits, we would appreciate:
• Experience in driving continuous improvements of quality requirements and methods, supporting operations with analyses and improvement proposals
• Experience in quality management within standards, design, production methods, and production technology
• Experience in representing the company regarding quality decisions during supplier visits and audits
• Experience in reviewing selected suppliers
• Familiarity with driving and participating in daily quality assurance activities
Since assignment placements are urgent, we consider it an advantage if you are available on short notice. As a person, you are decisive, results-oriented, and have strong personal drive. Experience in giving presentations, both internally and externally, is meritorious. Furthermore, you are collaborative and quickly adapt to new tasks.
