As a Customer Success Manager, you will...
...be SimpleSign's face outward! You are the person new customers meet to be trained on the platform. Training takes place both digitally and on-site with the customer. You will also support our existing customers via phone and chat.
Because you are solution-oriented, you will gladly suggest ways we can continue to develop and improve. You have experience collaborating with both sales and development teams.
This role is for you who are passionate about wow-service and long-lasting customer relationships. We are looking for someone who has:
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success / Customer Service / Technical Support
• Comfortable with technology and various digital tools
• Strong communication skills
• Pedagogical and positive
• Skilled at writing and creating editorial content
• Stress-resistant and enjoys juggling multiple tasks
