About the Role of Onsite Technician
As an onsite technician, you are the company's external face and ensure that the IT environment runs smoothly for our customers. You who submit your interest application here are available to work full-time at our customer sites.
You will work practically onsite to:
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Resolve technical problems directly with users
• Provide professional support and service to the customer's employees
• Handle troubleshooting, equipment replacements, and documentation of completed work
The work is done in close collaboration with the customer's IT department and support team colleagues.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
• Has experience in IT support, onsite, or field work
• Enjoys meeting users and solving problems on-site
• Is structured, service-minded, and self-driven
• Has good technical understanding of computers, networks, and Windows environments
