Game Master for Escape Room in Eskilstuna

We are seeking a Game Master with flexibility to take sporadic hours during weekdays and weekends. 8 - 10 hours per week. As a Game Master, you will have the following responsibilities: - Greet customers. Introduce customers to the Escape Room concept and game rules. - Monitor the technical systems controlling the games. - Attend to customers after the game and process payments. - Reset rooms after groups and prepare equipment for the next group. - Respond to questions or booking requests via email or phone calls. Your Qualifications: - Extremely high social competence, ensuring customer satisfaction regardless of game outcomes. - Stress resistance and ability to handle time pressure. Sometimes work requires operating at a high tempo to maintain schedules, so you should be a stress-tolerant person capable of handling this. - Good English skills in speech and writing are required, as we have several English-speaking customers. About You: - You are a creative person who can propose ideas to improve operations. - You are comfortable in computer environments and social media. Bonus if you have an interest in writing blog posts. - You communicate flawlessly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing (native level). This is essential as you will handle customer communication via email and social media.
