About the workplace
Gransäterskolan is a dual-parallel F-9 school with approximately 490 students.
At the school, there is a municipal special education group called Aspen. The school is located on the outskirts of Bålsta, close to natural areas.
We work systematically with the development areas that the school is facing. We have a solution-focused approach where we aim to meet all students where they are and help them develop as far as possible academically with high goal fulfillment.

Your responsibilities
As a special educator with us, you will play a central role in developing the school's educational activities. Your mission is to work at a comprehensive level and contribute to the school's systematic quality work. You will be an integral part of our student health team and an important link between educators, special teachers, and school management.
- Guidance and professional development for teachers, special teachers, and work teams
- Analysis and development of the school's learning environments from an inclusive perspective
- Initiation and leadership of development efforts at the organizational, group, and individual levels
- Collaboration in student health work with a focus on preventive and health-promoting measures
- Support in assessments, action plans, and follow-ups
Qualifications and personal attributes
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified special educator
- Has experience working at a comprehensive level in schools
- Is accustomed to leading processes and working consultatively and in a guiding role
- Is analytical, structured, and has a strong ability to translate knowledge into practice
- Is engaged in school development and passionate about creating good conditions for all students' learning and participation
