Over the past year, the preschools have focused on language and communication. Literature and planned reading aloud have taken a significant place in the preschools' teaching and learning environments. Both preschools have created their own libraries during the year, giving children the opportunity to borrow books to take home.
The preschools are working on an educational initiative emphasizing educators' approach and the importance of interaction for children's development and learning.
