What You Will Do
We are seeking a Special Education Teacher for preschools within the Andersberg/Snöstorp operational areas.
To develop the preschools, you will collaborate and interact with other special education teachers within the operational areas. This is important work where you will contribute your different competencies and strengths, complementing each other. Together with the principals, we will draw upon your competencies and identify where you can make the greatest impact for each unit, allocating efforts accordingly.
The assignment involves closely supporting educators in our operational areas in collaboration with area principals. Creating good teaching and learning environments for all children based on our steering documents linked to systematic quality work is considered important.
The work consists of consultation and guidance for staff, documentation, and initiating and implementing professional development. The work occurs at organizational, group, and individual levels, based on relational and salutogenic perspectives.
You will draw from both research and proven experience, staying updated through research and scientific foundations.
Supervision and training of staff in special education issues and methods, where promoting and preventive work is a key part of your assignment. You will take full responsibility for mapping and establishing action plans, and in close collaboration with educators, follow up and develop work with early interventions at organizational, group, and individual levels. You will also have primary responsibility for transitions to preschool classes.
Collaboration with guardians, external actors, and other relevant parties to ensure a holistic view of children's learning and development is part of your assignment.
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you should have a Special Education degree focused on preschool and experience working within preschool. You should have strong knowledge of special education methods and tools. Good ability to collaborate with different professionals, both within the organization and with external operations, is a prerequisite. You are flexible and able to work independently. The ability to see opportunities and take initiative are important characteristics for this assignment. You should also have a good ability to apply various organizational theories and school development theories to lead and drive towards a high-quality preschool together with the principal.

We are seeking a trained Special Education Teacher specializing in preschool with a positive will and ability to develop operations. You should have knowledge and be well-anchored in the preschool mission where a relational and salutogenic perspective is clearly established. You have leadership and communication skills. Previous experience as a special education teacher in preschool is meritorious. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
