We are expanding our special education team within preschool in Mölndal. We are seeking a new colleague who can work with us to develop preschool operations and working methods. You will be part of the special education team for preschool. The team works for all preschool children on behalf of the principal in the city of Mölndal.
Today, we special education teachers work together centrally but also in teams with preschool principals in child health teams, consultation, and collaboration.
Organizationally, the team is centrally located and has expertise in language, communication, TIFT, TAKK, conversation, vision, hearing, as well as neuropsychiatric disabilities and Marte Meo. All special education teachers have experience and knowledge of preschool teaching and education. We work systematically and inclusively in our processes with a clear child focus.

WORK TASKS
As a special education teacher in Mölndal City, you will collaborate with educators and principals and work preventively and health-promotingly to contribute to a good inclusive learning environment for our children in preschool and pedagogical care. The assignment includes consulting and advising, facility visits, learning environment development, staff competence development, support in documentation and support measures, and guidance on children's speech, language, and communication development. A significant focus is on guidance, both individually and in groups.
You will also have external contacts and collaborate with other professionals such as business developers, psychologists, social workers, speech therapists, and personnel in pediatric medicine and habilitation.
As a special education teacher, you will become a qualified discussion partner and advisor for educators and principals on pedagogical issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a qualified special education teacher with great commitment to contributing to a preschool for all, with knowledge in areas such as NPF, language, and communication.
It is important that you can work independently and clearly and pedagogically recommend further actions. We highly value your ability to interest, enthuse, and engage, as well as your flexibility and ability to prioritize and adapt your work method to the operation's needs. As a person, you easily create good relationships and collaborate. We seek a driven, responsible, and solution-focused person with clear commitment to working with preschool children, who is objective and pedagogical. You express yourself well verbally and in writing and are comfortable with digital tools.
We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Previous professional experience is meritorious.
