As a special education teacher in Stockholm City Schools, you also have access to mentoring and coaching within networks. Your role You will be one of two special education teachers at the school, and you will both be important links in the educational network at the school. You will work with general initiatives at an overarching level, as well as on group and individual levels. Your work will be both promoting, preventive, and corrective. You may also conduct lesson observations to observe and enhance learning environments and approaches in classrooms from your special education perspective. You are a natural participant in class meetings and subject conferences. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with a master's degree in special education and have a passionate interest in developing the school's work with additional adaptations, special support, and inclusive teaching in collaboration with teachers, the student health team, and school management.
