We are currently seeking an engaged special educator who wants to join our upper secondary team – a school where we believe in every student's ability and work together to create the best possible learning environment. Your Responsibilities As a special educator with us, you are a key person in the school's student health work. You will work at the organizational, group, and individual levels with a focus on developing learning environments that promote all students' learning and well-being. Gränsskolan is currently in a phase of restructuring the organization, setup, and work of the student health team. This presents a significant opportunity for you to shape your new role together with the student health team at Gränsskolan. The position includes leadership responsibilities focused on leading the development work with the municipality's special teachers and special educators, and you may also take on the role of team leader for the student health team. Your tasks include, among other things: • Supporting teachers in their pedagogical work, • Analyzing and following up on students' needs, • Participating in the school's student health team, • Contributing to the school's systematic quality work, • Guiding colleagues and contributing to the development of inclusive working methods. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a degree in special education or equivalent, preferably with experience working at the upper secondary level. You have a strong ability to build relationships and enjoy collaborating in interdisciplinary teams. Experience in leadership roles is an advantage. You have a solution-focused approach, see opportunities rather than obstacles, and believe that all students can succeed – with the right support and the right environment.
