Our Student Health Care Team (SHCT) includes the principal, deputy principals, a full-time school nurse, school psychologist, full-time counselor, special education teacher, and learning support specialist. Job Description You will work with students, support and guide teachers in adapting learning environments and implementing additional support measures. You will be responsible for leading the mapping process and writing action plans. Your assignment includes developing learning environments, adapting teaching materials for students, applying for supplementary funding, organizing systematic work, analyzing results, and implementing development plans. You are a clear and confident leader with a focus on student goal achievement. Additionally, you have a low-affective approach from a differentiated teaching perspective and want to meet students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and abilities.
