Your Assignment As a special education teacher, you will help develop the pedagogical activities of the adapted primary school. You will teach according to the adapted primary school's curriculum, with standard teaching duties focused on subject areas, planning, implementing, and documenting student development. Responsibilities include: • Student mentorship • Leading pedagogical work • Guiding resource teachers on goals and progression • Collaborating with after-school care to support students' comprehensive learning process • Conducting modern, creative instruction • Developing strategies to reach each student and strengthen their academic and personal development We Seek Someone Who: • Understands school governing documents • Uses creativity to adapt approaches and pedagogical methods to student needs • Delivers fun, inspiring, challenging instruction with Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC) as a natural daily component • Collaborates effectively with colleagues • Builds good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues • Demonstrates knowledge of students with intellectual disabilities and neuropsychiatric conditions • Works systematically with low-affective approaches • Has good computer skills and digital teaching tool experience, preferably Smartboard experience We place significant emphasis on personal suitability, collaboration ability, and relevant experience.
