You will be responsible for special education in grades 4-6, working closely with our special education teacher to monitor and document student progress in their learning. Daily tasks will include mapping students' needs, planning and implementing support instruction, as well as documentation. The aim is for you to track students' academic development and to work with both mentoring teachers and providing direct support to individual students, in smaller groups, as well as in class. **Qualifications** You are a licensed special educator qualified to teach Swedish for grades F-6. You have several years of experience and excel in building relationships, as well as in language, writing, and reading development. Additionally, you have a solid understanding of and experience with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities and clarity pedagogy. Experience teaching in middle school is a requirement. You must possess the ability to build trust-based relationships with students while also being a clear authority figure. Strong collaboration skills with your colleagues are essential to ensure that students have a safe and calm school day with good learning conditions.
