About the Position
For the spring term of 2026, our special education teacher Therese will be on partial parental leave, and we are therefore looking for a substitute.
We are seeking an authorized special education teacher in accordance with school law requirements with several years of experience in the profession. Perhaps you are a newly retired professional who believes a part-time position would be just right for you. You are confident in your role and enjoy interactions with students. You have experience in assessments and in working individually with students in need of special support.
You are accustomed to building and developing relationships and recognize the value of meeting with students outside the classroom to succeed in your mission. You enjoy collaborating and want to work closely with both colleagues in your own team and other staff at the school. It is crucial that you want to work together with other educators to ensure our students progress as far as possible in their knowledge development.
You possess strong self-motivation and a solution-oriented approach. You appreciate meeting students who require both support and stimulation, where your pedagogical skills can be fully utilized.
