Your Role
As a Special Education Teacher/Pedagogical Specialist in grades 7-9, you will:
• Work preventively and promotively to support students in need of special support
• Conduct pedagogical mapping and investigations
• Collaborate with teachers, guardians, and student welfare team
• Contribute to the school's development of inclusive working methods and accessible learning environments
• Lead supervision and competence development for colleagues
We are seeking someone who:
• Has a Special Education Teacher or Pedagogical Specialist degree
• Has a good ability to create trusting relationships with students and colleagues
• Is solution-focused and sees opportunities in challenges
• Is structured and has good planning and documentation skills
• Has great commitment to every student's right to learning
• Has experience working with students needing special support, preferably in primary school
