Hjortsberg School is centrally located in Ljungby. We are a multicultural school with approximately 280 students in grades F-6. Our after-school program has 3 departments with around 120 children.
Hjortsberg School is situated in central Ljungby. We have newly built facilities, a newly constructed sports hall, and are close to a swimming pool, ice rink, and library. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone who wants to work from a special educational perspective in a new setup at the school, which involves teaching alongside teachers in the classroom and also being part of the establishment of a special education group within the framework of special support. The position is aimed at grades 4-6. You should be able to meet all students based on their individual circumstances. You should find it easy to collaborate with students, guardians, and other staff at the school.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a licensed special educator. You who are a licensed teacher for the relevant grades, and who have experience and a strong interest in making education accessible for students facing school difficulties, are also welcome to apply. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
You are an educator who:
- can work collaboratively with others but also independently.
- has the ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- is solution-oriented, engaged, and flexible.
You have an interest in creating accessible education for every student. You possess excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish.
The position is contingent upon the necessary decisions being made.
