Welcome to Madesjöskolan 7-9, a school unit with approximately 300 students in Nybro's central area. Here, we work in teams around all our students to meet them in the best possible way. We will prioritize collegial learning and leadership as our development areas for the coming school year. Each week, the team has a conference, with themes that may vary, but consensus and collaboration are recurring. The student health team participates in conferences continuously and works very closely with the school's safety pedagogue.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Madesjöskolan is seeking an engaged and qualified special education teacher who wants to make a difference for our students in grades 7-9. The position is specifically targeted at grade 7 but also involves collaboration with other high school grades. This is a special education teacher position, which means you will work closely with students. You will be part of the school's student health team. This includes teaching in the school's special education groups, and you will be responsible for documentation and follow-up for students with special needs. You will work according to the vacation agreement. Together with your team and other colleagues, you will help build an engaging operation. Interviews may be conducted on an ongoing basis, so submit your application as soon as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS
Teaching certification with qualification as a special education teacher. Mathematics qualification is meritorious. Experience working with students with special needs is desirable. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and quality-conscious. You have good collaboration skills and communicate from a solution-focused perspective in every interaction with colleagues, students, and parents. You have a positive approach and an interest in further developing the operation. We are seeking a driven person with great commitment.
