Job Description Järnbrottshus is a care and nursing home with a somatic focus, distributed across two floors with a total of 25 apartments. At our facility, care and community intersect. We create joy in everyday life through daily activities conducted by specialized staff with a specific mission. Every day, something fun happens in the shared activity room Solrosen or in the gymnasium. During summer, many activities take place in our beautiful garden. We also offer excursions and work collaboratively across boundaries. Järnbrottshus includes a respite care unit with 14 places that we work closely with. Järnbrottshus is a living space that honors residents' own wishes and interests. Here, you can expect to work in unpretentious teams alongside management, licensed personnel, specialized nursing assistants in respite care, and nursing assistants. We work to provide residents with the best possible care and support. Assignment: As a specialized nursing assistant, you will have the opportunity to utilize your specialist expertise to create value for our residents. Your assignment will be guided by the organization's needs and aims to enhance quality and drive improvements. In addition to standard nursing assistant duties, your role includes guiding and mentoring colleagues in care situations, interactions, and approaches based on person-centered care and support. We prefer candidates with experience working as nursing assistants across various specializations. Together with care supervisors, you will also support the unit manager in daily supervision and organizational development, and participate in new employee onboarding. Qualifications Requirements: • Trained nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare • Advanced education of 200 YH credits relevant to the position • Comprehensive understanding of daily work in a care and nursing home, with experience in care and support • Strong Swedish communication skills, both verbally and in writing • Experience with social documentation Preferred: • Work experience in dementia care at a Star-marked care facility • Experience as a specialized nursing assistant • Experience guiding groups and individuals Personal Competencies: We seek candidates who are pedagogical, able to explain and illuminate problems from multiple perspectives, and who encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement.
