We are Now Seeking Specialist Nursing Assistants for the Facility Opening in Early 2026.
At Ängegärde, You Will Help Develop the Future of Care and Nursing Homes. We Use Welfare Technology to Support Our Residents' Independence and Participation.
Here, Care and Nursing Home, Home Care, Home Healthcare, and Administration Are Housed Under One Roof in a Smartly Designed Building Focused on Collaboration, Well-being, and Quality. We Offer Space for 90 Residents and Two Home Care Groups – All in an Environment Where You as an Employee Have Room to Grow and Make a Real Difference. Job Responsibilities
As a Specialist Nursing Assistant at Ängegärde, You Will Perform the Important Task of Helping People in Their Daily Lives.

The Position Involves Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts.
Qualifications
We Are Seeking Someone Who Is a Trained Specialist Nursing Assistant with a Genuine Interest in Working with People and Making a Difference in Their Lives.

Requirements:
- Trained Specialist Nursing Assistant with 200 Vocational College Points/60 Higher Education Points Relevant to Elder Care
- Protected Professional Title from the National Board of Health and Welfare/Employment Certificate Confirming Permanent Employment with Specialist Nursing Assistant Title as of July 1, 2023
- Experience with Dementia Care (for Certain Departments)
- Experience with Psychiatric Care (for Certain Departments)
- Good Computer Skills
- Excellent Swedish Language Skills, Both Spoken and Written
- Ability to Ensure High-Quality Care
- Strong Collaborative Skills and Quality-Conscious Approach
- Ability to Create Trusting Relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Social Documentation
- Experience with Motivational Interviewing and Low-Affective Approach
- Valid Driver's License (Class B)
- Experience Working with Young People with Dementia
