Specialist Nursing Assistant in Home Healthcare

The Nursing Unit consists of nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants with specialist competence, as well as a manager and administrative staff. We are responsible for municipal healthcare in both care facilities and ordinary housing. Work Tasks As a nursing assistant in our unit, you will perform delegated assignments in home healthcare and care facilities. Your duties include, among others, sample taking, wound dressing, catheter care, medication management, and extended delegation tasks. The work involves both internal and external contacts. Some supervision of nursing work for other healthcare personnel is included. Working hours are Monday-Friday. Qualifications Nursing education with specialist training or equivalent competence as assessed by the employer. Experience in municipal healthcare is meritorious. You are structured, flexible, take great personal responsibility, and can work independently as well as in a team. You are outgoing, have good communication skills, a high service level, and see value in learning from each other.
