Follow the Patient's Path Back to Life – Join the Remeo Team! We are ready to receive more patients and therefore need more committed colleagues who want to work with highly specialized care and rehabilitation. We are seeking a specialized nurse in intensive care or anesthesia who wants to make a real difference for patients requiring long-term ICU care. Currently offering a sign-on bonus of up to 30,000 SEK! About Remeo We are a small hospital offering a unique form of care in Sweden – intensive care rehabilitation outside the traditional hospital environment. Since our start in 2013, Remeo has developed into a competence center for intensive care rehabilitation where our patients share the common characteristic of long-term critical illness. We receive patients from across the country and have accumulated unique expertise in the field, with a special focus on respiratory rehabilitation. We also care for patients requiring dialysis in combination with rehabilitation. We participate in the national specialized care chain for spinal cord injuries. What Makes Remeo Unique? Remeo offers patients with long-term intensive care needs a calmer care environment combined with rehabilitation. Simultaneously, we help free up beds in hospital intensive care units. We combine high-tech expertise with rehabilitation from day one. Each patient receives an individual care plan and the time needed for training to find their way back to life based on their individual circumstances. We work in multiprofessional care teams where nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, specialized nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and others contribute their expertise to create safe and secure care. We actively engage in development and improvement work, with short decision-making paths. All resources are close at hand, and we all know each other. Our community is an important part of our care model – together, we break new ground in intensive care rehabilitation.
