About this role
We are now seeking a Specialist Nurse for the Tiohundra Integrated Psychiatry and Addiction Clinic.
This also includes MiniMaria in Norrtälje. We have also launched a new MIVO team – Mobile Integrated Psychiatric Care and Support – which is under development. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and contribute to flexible, patient-centered care.
About the Position
As a Specialist Nurse with us, you will play a central role in creating flexible and patient-centered care. You will work closely with patients and be active throughout the entire care process – from assessment and treatment to evaluation and planning.
A key part of the work is being available for self-referrals and phone calls with patients and their relatives. You will also have a significant role in team collaboration and contribute to skills development by supervising nursing students.
With us, you will have a stimulating and varied job where you develop psychiatric and addiction care in Norrtälje together with the team. The position involves both planned visits and acute assessments, at the clinic and in the patient's home environment. The position may also involve working within different teams in the psychiatry and addiction clinic.
The clinic is open during office hours with an evening reception until 7:00 PM one day per week.
Your responsibilities will include:
Actively participating in the entire care process: assessment, treatment, evaluation, and planning
Conducting both planned visits and urgent assessments at the clinic and in the patient's home environment
Being available for self-referrals and phone calls with patients and their relatives
Collaborating with the Psychiatry and Addiction Clinic and housing support for comprehensive care
Supervising nursing students and contributing to the team's skills development

About You
For this position, you need:
Registered Nurse with experience in psychiatry and addiction
Excellent Swedish skills, both spoken and written
B driver's license and driving experience
It is meritorious if you also have:
Specialist Nurse qualification in psychiatry
Interest in working with both adults and youth

About Us
The Psychiatry and Addiction Clinic is an outpatient clinic with a unique concept. We have integrated psychiatry and addiction care in one clinic for five years. The Psychiatry and Addiction Clinic is part of the BUFPH operational area: Children, Youth, Family, Psychiatry, and Habilitation. The operational area has been LGBTQI-certified since 2016.
We work according to Region Stockholm's overall routines and diagnosis-specific process maps. At our clinic, specialist nurses, psychiatrists, medical interns, psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, medical secretaries, and administrative staff work together. We are divided into a reception team and several treatment teams.
