For us, it is essential to always keep the patient in focus. We build trust and create good conditions for effective, high-quality specialist psychiatric care through a holistic approach and continuity in the care chain. We see strength in having a range of different psychological perspectives (medical, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and systemic), which we consider essential for making accurate assessments and providing adequate interventions for our patients. At the Nässjö Outpatient Clinic, we actively work towards equitable treatment, and the unit is currently undergoing LGBTQI certification. We place particular emphasis on ensuring that all employees have the opportunity to participate in development and improvement work; we want to utilize our diverse competencies and support each other. Involving patients and their relatives is also a prerequisite for success, as is collaboration with neighboring care providers.
