Region Västernorrland consists of three primary care areas: south, west, and north, where local collaboration occurs within and between municipalities, primary care, and specialist care. Together, we work to create a cohesive care chain for the growing patient groups with chronic conditions and multiple illnesses. The Primary Care Area West has one hospital, five region-operated health centers, and Lifestyle Medicine Österåsen. The two municipalities in this area are Sollefteå and Kramfors.
We enjoy working together and support each other in our daily tasks. We have a cheerful and open climate, and we prioritize each patient's best interests. Right now, we are focusing on primary care physicians in our area, Primary Care Area West, and we want more medical professionals to choose a permanent position. With a targeted physician initiative towards our western area, we aim for a patient list of 1,100 for permanently employed physicians in primary care based on the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines. We are now seeking a Specialist Physician for the Health Center in Sollefteå. The position is a permanent part-time employment of 50%, with a start date to be agreed upon.

**Responsibilities**
As a general specialist with us, you will have a stimulating and developmental role focused on collaboration, continuity, and improvement. We expect you to have a strong commitment to primary care and enjoy outpatient work in close partnership with competent colleagues. The role includes teamwork with other professions. Remote work may be possible by agreement.

• Is a general specialist
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Holds a valid B driver's license
