We are now looking for a specialist physician for ASIH in Västerort.
As a specialist physician with us at ASIH (Advanced Home Care), you will play a central role in delivering and developing high-quality care. You will work in a team-based environment where you lead a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the care of patients in their homes.
Your responsibilities include:
• Providing care at the end of life and alleviating symptoms to achieve the highest possible quality of life for patients.
• Developing care quality and promoting teamwork.
• Supervising residents.
• Documenting in the medical record system Take Care and planning using the tool Epsilon.
• The patient group includes, among others, cancer, hematological diseases, COPD, heart failure, and patients with multiple conditions, as well as patients with temporary conditions requiring advanced medical treatments such as infusions.

Your qualifications:
• Specialist physician with any patient-facing specialty and an interest in home healthcare and palliative care.
• Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, pain and symptom relief.
• Experience in end-of-life care and difficult conversations with patients and relatives is advantageous.
• Certification or specialization in palliative medicine is a plus.
• Good collaborative skills and high personal suitability.
The position is full-time with the start date to be agreed upon.
