About this role
We are now seeking an engaged Specialist Physician/Senior Physician in Adult Psychiatry! With us, you'll have the opportunity to grow in your role while working in completely new facilities designed specifically for our operations.
You will be part of a highly competent interprofessional team that values collaboration around the patient. You'll be surrounded by 15 other specialist-trained physicians who want you to succeed in your assignment. We have a strong focus on education, supervision, and collegial support – something consistently highlighted by both students and physicians in training with us. In our learning environment, you will mentor medical students and junior doctors. Day and on-call work are part of the position. You will actively contribute, together with us, to a positive work environment.

Your Future Workplace
You will work in newly built, modern facilities specifically adapted for specialist psychiatry. These premises promote efficient coordination within psychiatric services and offer a pleasant environment with spacious staff areas and a beautiful view of Kalmar Sound and Öland. We are a clinic with 37 care beds and approximately 230 employees, including 5 specialist trainees and 15 specialist physicians. We have three inpatient wards, three outpatient clinics, and three treatment units.

The administration employs a total of 600 staff providing specialist psychiatric care for adults, children and adolescents, forensic psychiatric care, and rehabilitation care.
