Welcome to a pleasant and exciting workplace in the heart of Skåne. We are located in central Höör, easily accessible by public transportation, just a ten-minute walk from the station. Our Healthcare Center has approximately 9,700 listed patients.
You will join an inclusive workplace where all staff collaborate across boundaries and support each other. Here you will have varied work tasks and opportunities to influence your work. In addition to our physician reception, we have receptions with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, psychologists, and psychiatric nurses, as well as specialist receptions for diabetes, elderly care, and asthma/COPD. Our nursing assistants in the laboratory work with sample collection and have their own reception. We also have a rehabilitation coordinator who supports physicians in sick leave matters.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a physician, you will work with both planned and acute reception and be responsible for your own patient list. You will also have administrative tasks with administration time balanced with reception time and service degree. We offer opportunities for personal responsibility areas and individual solutions regarding schedules. You will also have the chance to mentor your future specialist colleagues. We are positive about development and therefore offer excellent opportunities for skills enhancement.
In the role of medically responsible physician, you will assist the operations manager in management, control, and development of the operation, focusing on patient safety and medical quality. You will participate in network meetings for medically responsible physicians and relay information to the physician group and other employees. Your assignment also includes ensuring that person-centered and standardized care processes are implemented and relevant knowledge support is used. As a medically responsible physician, you have a central management assignment to propose and prioritize improvement measures based on follow-up and analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a specialist physician in general medicine with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Supervisor training and previous experience working with PMO and Melior are meritorious.
We seek someone who is positive, flexible, and has excellent interpersonal skills. As a person, you are driven and take initiative for new ideas and working methods. You are confident in your profession and generously and humbly share your knowledge. You value teamwork but also appreciate and take responsibility for independent work.
