At Vårdcentralen Gullviksborg, we are about 30 dedicated and positive employees across various professional categories including doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, psychologists, medical secretaries, occupational therapists, and more. The health center has several specialist clinics such as heart failure, hypertension, asthma/COPD, and diabetes. The Child Health Center (BVC) is located in the Family House Nydala. We work with team rounds according to the Alaska model. The Alaska model is a workplace reform that results in good and close care. The work team is divided into two interdisciplinary teams with different professions in each team, where the patient is included in the team. You will become one of the key persons in the team. We are also a training site for students in various professional categories.
Vårdcentralen Gullviksborg is located in the southern urban area of Malmö with good public bus connections and close to both the outer and inner ring roads for those who drive. Parking is available for the health center's employees in close proximity to the center for a small fee. The health center has approximately 8,000 registered patients, and the BVC has about 1,000 children registered. We work in fresh and pleasant facilities where both we and our patients feel comfortable.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome to a workplace with varied workdays and significant personal responsibility! Currently, there are four specialists in general medicine, licensed doctors, and resident doctors working at the clinic. We are now seeking a specialist doctor in general medicine who wants to become an important and long-term part of our continued development.
Your responsibilities will include outpatient work with both acute and planned visits where you will utilize your full general medical competence.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, and there is an opportunity to work part-time if desired. We are responsive to your preferences regarding scheduling and personal development.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who are applying are a licensed doctor with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you have specialist competence in general medicine. Proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is required. Experience working in primary care is an advantage. We also consider experience with PMO and Melior as beneficial.
