About this role
We are looking for a Specialist Physician in General Medicine for our fine clinic.
About us:
Djursholm Health Center offers you a workplace with proximity – to both colleagues, patients, and decision-making.
With us, you will have a stimulating role with ample opportunity for clinical work, continuity, and development. We are a small and personal health center with a strong team where collaboration and job satisfaction are at the forefront.
With close, engaged leadership, a stable staff group, and a focus on patient continuity, we are a well-functioning unit with a forward-thinking attitude.
What makes this position unique is the combination of the security and flexibility of a small setting, along with the strength of belonging to a larger healthcare cluster. You will work in Djursholm but in close collaboration with the Stocksund and Danderyd health centers – creating collegial exchange, coordination, and opportunities for joint development.
The short decision-making paths of a small workplace give you the opportunity to influence your work. We value and recognize the strength of our employees, which fosters engagement and drive. Together with other professional groups, we work interprofessionally and often find new ways of working. We improve and develop our methods based on quality indicators. You can read more about us at Djursholm Health Center.
We prioritize a good balance between work and private life.
About the position:
As a general specialist with us, you will work with standard tasks within primary care: outpatient work, medical assessment, follow-up, rehabilitation, and preventive care. You will encounter a wide spectrum of patients and work both independently and as part of a team. Your work will include both acute primary care patients and scheduled visits. We also expect you to actively contribute to relationship-building care and establish long-term healthcare contacts with the residents in the area.
You will be responsible for a defined patient list and have overall responsibility for your patients. The work is carried out in close collaboration with district nurses and other professionals in the team. You will actively participate in the health center's quality work and have the opportunity to influence routines, working methods, and the development of the operations. We value high-quality education for students and training physicians. Supervision is included in the role of specialist in general medicine with us.
The goal of the position is to offer continuous, safe, and accessible care with high medical quality. We strive for a work environment that allows you to utilize your full competence – where both patients and staff stay long-term. You will contribute to shaping the future of primary care, where collaboration, proximity, and person-centeredness are in focus.
Qualifications:
