We are currently seeking a specialist physician in general medicine to join our team at Doktor.se Tegnergatan Health Center in central Stockholm, where we have a wealth of continuity and experience. We are looking for someone who wants to be involved in developing the future of primary care together with us.
About the Role
At the health center, we provide standard primary care, home healthcare, and child healthcare (BVC). Our new colleague will have their own list of named patients and will collaborate with district nurses and nursing assistants. The patient clientele is diverse, and the range of diagnoses is broad. We prioritize high-quality care and patient safety, and in this role, you will provide excellent service and a positive approach to both patients and colleagues. You will be an ambassador for our operational model for digiphysical care, ensuring its implementation and adherence at the health center.
Examples of tasks include:
• Outpatient work where you will meet our registered patients
• Managing various primary care issues through physical healthcare advice and assessment
• Supervision
• Joint and individual training sessions
• BVC and home healthcare
About You
We believe that you, as an applicant, have a genuine interest in primary care and possess strong collaborative skills. As a physician, you are communicative and innovative in your approach to work, providing quality care to patients.
Qualifications for the position include:
• Specialist physician in general medicine with Swedish licensure
• Significant experience in primary care
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English; additional language skills are considered an asset
