About the position
As a specialist in general medicine, you will encounter an exciting variety of tasks with the opportunity to influence your own work situation and hours.
You will have the chance to take responsibility for a nursing home, and part of your work may also involve mentoring our junior doctors, residents, and specialty trainees. Our focus is on respect for the individual and fostering good collaboration among professionals. If interested, there is an opportunity to work remotely for part of your time.
Who are we?
Falkenberg Healthcare Center is a pleasant and well-established facility with currently over 11,000 registered patients. We are centrally located in Falkenberg, easily accessible by public transport and car. Efficient bus and train services allow for commuting from Halmstad, Varberg, and Kungsbacka, as well as from Gothenburg.
We offer medical consultations, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychosocial services, district nurse consultations, child health services, nursing consultations for asthma/COPD and diabetes, as well as laboratory services. We can provide our patients with a range of different group activities.

Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine. We prefer candidates who are flexible, work in a structured manner, and create conditions for a smooth workflow at the clinic. You are proactive and want to contribute to the development of the organization. We believe in strong teamwork, where collaboration among our various professions contributes to a positive atmosphere and a professional approach to our residents.
To ensure effective and safe communication with colleagues, patients, and other contacts, we require good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Personal suitability will be given significant weight.
