About this role
Närhälsan Offers Close Primary Care of the Highest Quality
About Us
At the Färgelanda Healthcare Center, approximately 25 employees work with the goal of providing professional service and care.
Färgelanda is located in southern Dalsland, making it easy to commute by bus or car to places like Uddevalla, Vänersborg, and Trollhättan. At the healthcare center, we care for each other, enjoy our work, and develop professionally. The medical team currently consists of three specialist physicians in general medicine and one resident physician.
At Närhälsan Färgelanda Healthcare Center, we want to promote innovation, development, and research. We host the region's and country's only primary care test bed. In this test bed, healthcare personnel collaborate on developing new technologies and working methods with healthcare stakeholders, such as the business sector, Närhälsan, VGR, and academia. The test bed aims to drive healthcare development by creating innovative products, services, and approaches tailored to primary care's context and needs. Innovative solutions save resources, allowing staff more time for patient groups that need it most, and create an attractive workplace with job satisfaction and continuous skills development.
