About the Role
We are now seeking a consultant who wants to contribute to efficient and quality-assured material flows for our customer in Ludvika. The role suits you who thrive in a dynamic environment where structure, precision, and collaboration are crucial for success.
As a Finished Goods Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring finished goods inventory levels, as well as supporting production with the right materials at the right time. You will also work with analysis, optimization, and quality assurance of warehouse and flow processes to achieve balance between production, inventory, and distribution.
Work Responsibilities
- Control, update, and follow up inventory levels in ERP and warehouse systems
- Plan and conduct cycle counts, as well as full and partial inventories
- Manage material flows in and out of production according to established routines
- Ensure correct labeling and storage according to FIFO or similar principles
- Analyze slow-moving or obsolete items and propose improvement measures
- Participate in production and sales planning meetings
- Work with inventory parameters in ERP (safety stock, reorder points, etc.)
- Handle deviations and contribute to improvement work within flows and routines
Qualification Profile
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Experience with warehouse work in industrial manufacturing
- Experience with inventory and warehouse follow-up in business systems (e.g., SAP, Monitor, Pyramid)
- Good system understanding and knowledge of item structure and material handling
- Understanding of traceability, batch handling, and quality requirements
- Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel

You are structured, responsible, and meticulous with a genuine interest in order and processes. You enjoy working independently but are happy to collaborate across departmental boundaries. A solution-oriented and improvement-driven approach is crucial to succeed in the role.
Practical Information
Location: Ludvika (100% on-site)
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Period: November 17, 2025 – November 16, 2026 (possibility of extension)
Start: By agreement
