Finished Goods Inventory Specialist
We are seeking a structured and committed Finished Goods Inventory Specialist for a consulting assignment with an international industrial customer in Ludvika. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and meticulous environment where order, quality, and collaboration are crucial for success.
About the Assignment
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring finished product inventory levels. You will ensure the availability of the right materials at the right time and contribute to an efficient balance between production, inventory, and distribution. The work also involves analyzing and optimizing inventory levels to enhance quality, traceability, and delivery precision.
Work Tasks
• Control, update, and track inventory levels in ERP and inventory systems
• Plan and execute cycle counts, full and partial inventories
• Manage material flows to and from production according to established routines
• Ensure correct labeling and storage following FIFO principles or equivalent
• Analyze slow-moving and obsolete items and propose improvement measures
• Participate in production and sales planning, including work with inventory parameters in ERP (safety stock, reorder points, replenishment strategies)
• Contribute to deviation management and improvement work in inventory flows, structures, and routines
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
• Experience with inventory work in industrial manufacturing
• Experience with inventory and stock tracking in business systems (e.g., SAP, Monitor, Pyramid)
• Good system understanding and knowledge of item structure and material handling
• Understanding of traceability, batch management, and quality requirements
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
Meriting:
• Experience working in an international environment
• Experience with improvement work in inventory or production flows
• Knowledge of additional Nordic languages

Terms
Start: November 17, 2025
Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: Ludvika (100% on-site)
Background Check: Customer may conduct prior to assignment start
This is a consulting assignment. You will be employed by Q and hired out to the client.
