Production Development Specialist in Västerås

We are now seeking a Production Development Specialist for our client in Västerås – an assignment for you who thrive in an industrial environment where structure, flows, and improvement work are at the center. The role is an interim assignment as a replacement for the regular employee during their absence. About the Assignment As a Production Development Specialist, you will have a central role in driving and developing logistics improvement projects within production. You will work closely with production, logistics, and management to ensure efficient material flows, good delivery precision, and continuous process optimization. Your main tasks include: Continuing the establishment of a logistics development roadmap Leading investment projects and feasibility studies in the logistics development area Driving development initiatives related to WMS, material flows, and layout improvements Collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting results to stakeholders Qualifications Solid experience with industrial logistics principles and methods (Kanban, 2-bin, Kitting, JiT), minimum 3-5 years of experience Experience with WMS solutions, preferably SAP, minimum 3-5 years of experience Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both in English and preferably Swedish Strength in stakeholder management, structure, and presentation Scope & Location Period: December 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 Scope: 100% Location: Västerås Application We offer assignments on an ongoing basis, which means the advertisement may be taken down before the final application date.
