Your Role As part of our Additive Manufacturing (AM) team, you'll play a central role in building AM for Support, a rapidly developing area where you have the opportunity to influence direction from the start. The role is broad and varied - you'll be close to production and contribute to developing solutions that make a real difference, while helping to shape future work methods and long-term structures for how we work with AM. You'll function as a technical speaking partner towards the market and customers, while also being a requirements setter and collaboration partner with our AM engineers in development and production work. For us, AM is about more than just designing and printing; it's about understanding the entire value chain from needs analysis and design to process, quality, and implementation. In your daily work, you will: * Serve as a technical speaking partner towards market and customers to guide and drive the AM initiative forward * Be a requirements setter and collaborate closely with AM engineers in development and production work * Contribute to developing processes, governing documents, action plans, and analyses for optimal business development * Actively participate in design and production of parts during the initial build-up phase * Be a key player in establishing a long-term and robust AM strategy The position is based in Arboga, with the possibility of working from Linköping, and involves some travel within Sweden and internationally.
