About us
Segeltorps Vårdcentral is a region-driven healthcare center located in a charming residential area in Huddinge municipality, just 5 minutes by bus from Fruängen. We have approximately 7,300 registered patients, many of whom are elderly, and we offer well-functioning home healthcare services.
With us, you will work in a safe and closely-knit team of about 25 employees, including doctors, geriatricians, nurses, district nurses, psychologists, medical foot care specialists, nursing assistants, REKO, and medical secretaries. We have our own lab and an efficient insurance medicine team – all to provide our patients with the best possible care.
We operate according to the close care principle and strive for personal contact with each patient. Our ambition is to combine high medical quality with a warm and inclusive work environment where you, as a doctor, receive both responsibility and support.
About the position
We are looking for someone who wants to work in a modern, development-oriented healthcare center with a focus on close care. You will have a varied job where you meet patients of all ages and manage both acute and chronic diseases, preventive measures regarding lifestyle habits, as well as supervision of AT, BT, and ST doctors.

Qualifications
Specialist in general medicine with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Experience from primary care is an advantage, but newly graduated specialists are warmly welcomed. Experience with TakeCare is a plus.

The position will be filled provided that it is not needed for internal relocation, according to applicable regulations.
For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County healthcare area:
- A background check will be conducted before a hiring decision according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language at a level equivalent to C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
